What is World T'ai Chi & Qigong Day?
World T'ai Chi & Qigong Day brings people together worldwide across economic and geopolitical lines . . . coming together to celebrate health and healing.
Beginning in New Zealand, this annual healing event will spread time zone by time zone across the globe through 60 countries across 6 continents. . . . This healing wave will be a spectacular visual site, but also promote calm and wellness worldwide.
After the "wave of energy" local T'ai Chi and Qigong schools will demonstrate their T'ai Chi or Qigong style and join in refreshments and fellowship. You are invited to attend - ask your teacher or the World Taiji Day representative in your school for more information.

Special Note. This year there will be a potluck lunch afterwards and all participants are asked to contribute by bringing items as follows: Last Name starts with -
A-D: ice
E-M: Salads and side dishes of any type (Please be sure to bring serving utensils)
N-T: Varied types of sandwiches
U-Z: Desserts of moderate to truly decadent type!
NOTE: In the event of rain, T'ai Chi wave, demonstrations, and reception will be held indoors in the church community room.
T'ai Chi and Qigong students should arrive no later than 9:30AM and gather with their team leader or teacher to hear the wave instructions
Public should be invited to arrive at 9:45AM (suggest they bring a chair)
This year, please bring a lawn chair to be comfortable watching demos
